“A National Healthcare Strategy for India” for the Parliamentary Committee on Health, to Prime Minister of India, Mr. Atal Behari Vajpayee, sponsored by Reliance Industries. The study was submitted in April 2000.

Project Responsibilities: Established Project Scope, Defined parameters of the study, selected specialists for the study from shortlist by Anderson Consulting. Chaired the entire Co-ordination and Review Process.
